Thomas, Shaina and the rest of the team were so helpful, thoughtful, kind and efficient in both the planning and carrying out of Mom's funeral. I caannot imagine a more compassionate, caring send-off than the one they helped us arrange for her. Our family is most grateful to the folks there at Fitgerald's Colonial Chapel.

It was a pleasure working with Heidi and Shaina. They made the process of planning my father’s memorial service as easy as possible during such a difficult time. There was always an open and friendly line of communication and were pleasant to work wirh. Thank you for all of your support, and that includes everyone at your facility.

Thomas was our primary director, but a couple of others (including a very kind lady Director - Heidi?- and Shaina) were also instrumental. They helped us with moving my mom back from Iowa and all of the details for planning and arranging that were needed. They offered the very best, most respectful transportation and care of my mother we could imagine. Thomas even went above and beyond by managing simple music at the service in the chapel and arranging to have the Nurses’ Honor Corp come. (Which was amazing.)
