Thomas, Shaina and the rest of the team were so helpful, thoughtful, kind and efficient in both the planning and carrying out of Mom's funeral. Thomas was our primary director, but a couple of others (including a very kind lady Director - Heidi?- and Shaina) were also instrumental. They helped us with moving my mom back from Iowa and all of the details for planning and arranging that were needed. They offered the very best, most respectful transportation and care of my mother we could imagine. Thomas even went above and beyond by managing simple music at the service in the chapel and arranging to have the Nurses’ Honor Corp come. (Which was amazing.)
