Kaylee is very friendly and funny and makes you feel comfortable and at ease during your service. She is the best! The reception area girls are always helpful and knowledgeable. Ashley is always very friendly and kind.

It was my first time at European Wax Center and Maranda was amazing. I had not had a wax in years because I have very sensitive skin and she made sure I was comfortable. I have already scheduled my next visit with her and bought a buy 9 get 3 package.

The team at EWC is always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They’ve consistently worked with me whenever I’ve needed to reschedule, which I truly appreciate.
I originally saw a different wax specialist who was wonderful, but after accidentally being scheduled with Alicia when I switched my appointment day, I decided to continue seeing her and I’m so glad I did.
Alicia is exceptional. She always makes me feel comfortable, takes the time to ensure I never feel rushed, and is incredibly gentle and thorough. What stands out most is how genuinely personable she is. She always remembers details from our previous conversations and is sincerely interested in hearing about what’s been going on in my life. That personal touch makes every appointment feel welcoming and enjoyable.
