I recently did a couple massage and it mediocre at best. There was nothing spa like about the massage. The room was bright; the massage was lackluster for each of us. I was completely disappointed in this experience. It was nothing close to what I am accustomed to and their pricing is higher than many other higher quality spas. I will not be a repeat customer and would not recommend this spa.

Attempted to book a massage in advance via the email, but there was never a response to my inquiry.
However, when I arrived and went down hoping for massage times only a facial was available. That facial with Annie was amazing.
The booking system needs to be improved - maybe the only option for advance bookings is to call, but when your3living overseas in a completely different time zone that's a lot of stress. Clearly the email didn't do anything.

My mom, sister and I had pedicures then spent time in the therapy pool, steam room and sauna. It was a delightful experience and I will get a pedicure here every time so I can use the facilities of the spa! Great deal.

Me and my spouse went for a couples massage for our anniversary and it was both of our first times ever getting a professional massage. Everyone was so sweet and professional. The massage was amaaaazing. Nearly put me to sleep! The other amenities like the locker room, restrooms/showers, hot tub, sauna and steam room were perfect and clean. You get your massage with your partner, then have your own locker room to relax alone. 10/10 highly recommended with your spouse to release some tension or even by yourself. Amazing job!

My best friend and I went for massages today at River Spirit Emerge and it was soooo relaxing! Megan did a FABULOUS job and I will absolutely request her for next time!! I love going to emerge riverspirit!! Staff is super sweet and amenities are my favorite!

My friends and I were here on July 27, 2024 for a very anticipated bachelorette trip. I had a massage booked along with the bride and we were taken to a waiting room where the bride was then escorted to her massage. I waited for 15 minutes before going to the front desk to ask if I was in the right spot. They told me to wait by the lounge chairs. An hour passes and the bride comes out and asks how my massage was but I had to tell her I never got it. We also had pedicures booked but they somehow failed to book the pedicure for the bride. The hot water didn’t work in the shower, the sauna was like self serve you have to operate it yourself, there were no towels in the whirlpool area. Suzanne was very unprofessional and went to essentially tattle to the rest of the party that I was upset over not getting a massage. Needless to say, we will not be back. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she would call later but I had to pay now which I refused until she brought in a manager. Very unprofessional service and it wrecked our experience that we had been really looking forward to for months.
