I took a coat recently to their new location under new ownership and liked the whole experience! Very fast turnaround and they were very polite while helping me. Prices were better than their competitors, also. Overall extremely happy and will continue to use them.

I would give it a 0 if I could.. picked up my clothes and I asked if they replaced the buttons and he rudely said" I don't know you can check."Then he was having an Attitude as I was signing my card receipt. I forgot to give him his pen back and rudely said MY ??I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND THE GUY WORKING NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS!!I told him I was go I ng to call the manager and he said.. go head I don't care!!WOW!! Thats all I can say!!I will never give this place my business again.

LOCATION: 9729 E. 81st Street, Tulsa, OK 74133 (918)286-7233PLEASE check your purple receipt at drop versus your PAID white receipt at pick up.The large woman that works at this location is very dishonest and stole or tried to steal $5 from me AGAIN. This time I caught her, and called her out on it. She tried to charge me an additional $5 and couldn't explain why. This is not the 1st time this has happened, I didn't catch the 1st time as I ah left the purple receipt at home. This is why I intentionally kept my purple receipt in my passenger seat to ensure I was being charged correctly, and that is when she tried it. This is some bullsh*t. The owners should be ashamed of themselves, for allowing this to happen, hire honest ppl. Oh, and I have receipts to prove it I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION OR VENDOR AGAIN... TF!!!She immediately refund the $5 tip she tried to give herself, but I feel I should get a FULL REFUND because aint no telling how many times she has done this.
