I recently came in for a new pair of glasses and received the best customer service I have ever received from Dr. Zoellner's staff, and I have been coming here for 15+ years. Syd (I may have spelled her name incorrectly), was such an angel, she helped with each step of the process. I will be asking for her every time I come in. She was the absolute best.
My Wife, Daughter and I all came in to get new glasses and Sid helped all 3 of us, and I must say that Sid was Great! I have worn glasses over 40 years and have never gotten so much help picking the perfect frames !
Sid (Isidra) at Dr. Zoellner’s truly went above and beyond. With my recent career change involving a lot more computer work, she helped me choose the exact filters I needed and explained why they’d make a difference. She also pulled five frames for me and nailed it on the very first one — her eye for style and fit is spot‑on.
I’ve worn glasses for 32 years, and the pair I picked up today is the best I’ve had in decades. The clarity, comfort, and overall fit are on another level, and that’s entirely due to Sid’s knowledge, experience, and attention to detail. She’s a standout and absolutely deserves recognition.
