I used Cassandra for the first time a few months ago. I could enumerate on the many positives, however, the key skill that I found in Cassandra is that she asked me questions on my hair style preferences throughout the haircut. The Q&A is the essential ingredient! That should be the standard for all stylist, but in my experience it is not. With that said, she now has me as a new long term customer.
