I can’t recommend Shana Deneen enough. I’ve been dealing with advanced deep infiltrating endometriosis, adenomyosis, a fibroid, and other pelvic floor conditions while waiting for excision surgery, and weekly acupuncture with Shana has been one of the biggest things keeping me stable during this wait.
I want to be honest in this review: acupuncture hasn’t cured me or taken away all my pain because my disease is advanced, and I still struggle every day. But since starting weekly treatments a couple of months ago, I haven’t had to go back to the ER once. For someone managing a chronic, complex condition, that’s a huge win.

Dr Shana Deneen is kind, calm, and compassionate. She has made an incredibly positive impact on my whole health. I visit regularly to keep my body feeling its best. I recommend her to all family and friends. Her practice is a blessing to the community.
