I have seen Rebecca Mackey for my mental illness, she is an awesome person, I see Talesha Stephens and Donna for my case management needs and skill building options,she is awesome Jesse is an awesome nurse,Whitney at the front desk on first floor is very attentive to my needs,and scheduling appointments and has an awesome attitude when I see her,Can't forget about Casha,she's awesome also.....Sydney is an awesome therapist, i see her for my treatment plan updates

This place and the people have all helped me stay in my sobriety. HOWEVER since the change of the building I have lost two therapists and 2nurse practioners!!!) this is not good for my mental health. Serious things r going on in my life and ineed a reliablw female therapist please

I See Rebekah M. She's Absolutely Fantastic. I've been under her care now for about 2/3 yrs now. Also my Adult son sees her to for almost 5 yrs. The Staff is Amazing. All of them have always treated us with Respect & Truly cares for everyone. I love this place. Bc they're Awesome ,So 5 🌟 🤩 ⭐️

Treated like a child. My greatly needed tax refund check was returned. I am homeless and needed that money and now have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks for a new check. Tired of this. I may be stupid, but I am an adult and wish to be treated as such.

I called to make an appointment with them and the person who answered was extremely rude. No one should deal with that. Particularly a potentially new client. I wish I could give zero stars.

I was enrolled during COVID and they didn't want to meet in person. How do you diagnose someone you never saw? I guess if I chose to pursue services here after people got let back in the office, I might have actually gotten somewhere with my care. I didn't and it's still in the rearview mirror. Maybe I will just forget about it and leave it at that.

Finally had the courage to seek mental therapy and this was not the place to do that unfortunately. Poor communication and does not care about their patients. It's free services so you get what you get. Had me waiting an hour just to be rescheduled by the therapist (Sydney) because she couldn't check if I was in the lobby. MY FIRST APPT mind you.
