Every class Lauren brings something new to push us a little bit further, to keep changing up the class, changing up the exercise to work that leg - arm - toosh in a new way - she’s great at what she does not only because of the knowledge she has but also for her enthusiasm making each class fun and eager to come back again and again.
So glad to be back at Pilates with Lauren! She definitely helped me get the New Year off and running! I thoroughly enjoy my classes with her! She has so much energy and enthusiasm and you can tell she enjoys and is good at what she does!

I have been attending Club Pilates since 2019. I love the Tulsa area studios. They keep a consistent class plan across all instructors with a block of time for instructor chosen skills to practice. I am so much stronger than when I started. I highly recommend pilates to anyone but especially for those who may want to improve balance, mobility, and core strength. 💜
