I called Charles pest control and made an appointment for a tech to come out I was told I had to empty my cabinets so I worked on getting my cabinets cleaned out the day of the appointment I called at 1.30 pm to make Shure they were gonna be on time at 2pm and find out that with no warning they weren't coming the lady in the office didn't seem to interested when I got upset said the tech had left a message on two of .my phones but she didn't i checked so sbe said she would have her call me ASAP she called the next morning that is poor. Customer service no matter how you look at it will never use again
