Had an appointment for 11 and there was no one at the reception desk. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes before we said, forget this. Bad service and bad experience. Won't recommend, zero stars.
My mom and I thought we would give this place a try after receiving coupons in the mail. (Mom was treating after a long week). The coupon stated 20% off services $50 or more. There was also a coupon for 1/2 off a manicure. My pedicure was really good until I noticed polish on the bottom of my feet. My mom's pedicure was good, too, though he did use a blade. He also didn't do much on her heels. These services totaled $80. My mom perused the menu and saw an $8 trim and cuticle shape and decided she would like that. She didn't realize that it was the men's menu until I pointed it out AFTER we paid. They wouldn't honor the 20% discount despite that we spent the amount required on the coupon. They did graciously give us 10% off though. They charged my mom $15, the price for a basic manicure, and they did honor the 1/2 price coupon for the manicure. Upon paying, I questioned their math and asked to see the menu. I let them know that I was disappointed they didn't honor the 20% coupon. When they said they charged her for the manicure, I realized they didn't do half of the services listed in the menu (hot towels, hand massage, I believe) so she shouldn't have been charged for the manicure if they aren't going to do everything. By this point, I was completely irritated. After several minutes of debating the bill, I was ready to leave. The woman who helped me finally went to her manager and they came to me to offer something, but it was time for us to leave. In the end, it was a difference of about $10 bucks, which isn't that much, but it will keep me from going back.
If I could give them no stars I would! I used to love this place, but not today. I got my nails done, before the nail tech Lee painted them I paid I asked her what was the price. I always ask the price I'm forgetful! Although I ask the price I never complain how much it is and always pay with a tip. Well I sit down and get my nails painted after drying Lee says "Next time you come in with a 100 or I won't do your nails". I assumed she was telling s joke and she says that she is serious and say you always ask the price and began to curse at me! So of course I'm going to defend myself! I don't care how many time ask you the price I am a paying customer that always pay without a problem and always give tip! Not to mention I have left over paint on fingers! Horrible customer service!
