Just tried Hollywood nails for the first time and I won’t be back. Simply put, the quality of the services as well as the friendliness of the staff were just lacking. For context, I went in for a gel mani/pedi. My main issue is the quality of my manicure - my nails are all different shapes and lengths and almost every nail has some sort of polish imperfection. When I pointed out a scratch to my tech, she genuinely didn’t seem to care and made no attempt to fix it. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

I've never gotten acrylic nails before and I was kind of nervous going in thinking they wouldn't look good on me, or something would go wrong but the staff was super sweet. As soon as I sat down I felt comfortable, and they came out so cute! I definitely plan on getting them more often now.Service: Acrylic nails

I randomly visited this salon once, and now I never go anywhere else! The owner (and all of the nail artists) are so kind. You feel like family the way they treat you. I only go here because the attention to detail is so good, I can’t remember one time I’ve had a bad experience with my nails or pedicure. The environment is clean, and they have drinks available. I don’t think I’ve ever had a long wait time, but I also book my appointments in advance. I will say that I’m glad they are patient and flexible since I’ve had to edit my appointments at times before!
