They were fine and good, nice people, except a few customer service issues: I had to tell them twice to get the vinyl peeling film off the polished side of the granite bevel (Garden of Gethsemane - small 18 X 8 cremation bevel). Also, when I inquired when the death date would be added to the already engraved bevel, I was told, oh, did you pay for it yet? Turns out that it was an extra charge, that I didn't preemptively seek out.
Seems it should be included in the original engraving fee, or at the least, they should nicely inform me without waiting to be asked about it.
Throughout the process of handling the arrangements for my mother's passing I felt that they guided me through what needed to be done and they showed compassion every step of the way. They were available to me any time I had a question or concern. I would highly recommend them.
Krissy and the entire staff are very helpful, they treat you as if you are family. We never felt rushed into making decisions which is more than appreciated at such a difficult time.
