We had an amazing experience with Burggraf Restoration! We had a water leak under our kitchen sink from a water filtration system. The team at Burggraf was there every step of the way. They got the job done quickly and did an excellent job! They took a stressful situation and led us through it with compassion and exceptional service. Thank you Burggraf!
We had a small flood in our house, so I called Burggraf Restoration and explained the issue. They asked me various questions to get a better idea of how to solve my problem. They sent someone out that night to assess the damage and provided me with multiple different machines to help with water damage. I am truly so thankful for them and their quick response!
In many professions “it takes a team”. And in terms of our kitchen repair due to flooding from a busted pipe we certainly experienced that. While no one ever wants to go through non-elective home repair my wife and I could not have been more satisfied with the work done by Dakota Burggraf and his team of electricians, granite specialists, plumbers, appliance specialists, and others. They did a great job, but more importantly they were really nice people!! These repair efforts weren’t “transactions”- they sincerely cared about us and all of them exceeded our expectations.
