I’ve had 4 ear piercings done here and have loved my experience every time! Everyone is so kind and helpful, and all of my piercings have healed wonderfully. I just got my conch pierced; Tracy was so great in helping me pick out the jewelry and Jonathan made the piercing process so seamless!
Brookside has to be the best piercing experience i have had. Kayla is extremely kind, personable, and amazing at her job. She calmed my nerves and works very clean and quick. The person that works the front desk is also very kind and helpful. This is absolutely a 5 star shop!

And I got to experience it myself! The front desk lady was so kind she helped me pick out my jewelry and answered all the questions I had.
And then my piercer was amazing she was very gentle and got it done in a blink of an eye! (It did not hurt at all!!)
