This was my daughter’s first time getting braids. She was excited and nervous. I cannot say enough positive things. Maya did a great job and was very kind and professional. All the other staff was also wonderful, answered questions as needed and they were so uplifting with positive affirmations to each other and their customers. That makes for s very warm and peaceful environment!

Had an amazing experience at Braiders Lounge. It was my first time booking with them and everything went so smoothly. My hairstylist,Toshiba, volunteered information about the products they use and made sure I was comfortable (as an expecting mom). Definitely five-star service! I’ll be back ?

My experience at Braiders Lounge was amazing! Everyone was super welcoming. I enjoyed the fact that I could get my hair washed at the salon and the products used made my hair very soft. Rayna explained every step of what she was doing and I could tell she truly enjoyed it. It felt natural and genuine. Overall a great experienceService: Braids
