Excellent yoga studio in Tulsa! I have tried classes with several instructors. All are excellent and have different styles to meet people's individual needs. I started with a punch card then went all in for unlimited annual. I would recommend the medium classes for first timers. Soft is slower...and therefore more painful lol. Power is tough! I still need to try Yin. There are also a variety of workshops to mix things up. The introductory offer is great, or you can try a free class sponsored by Seed. The hippie vibe is legit: there will be incense and occasionally an adorable doggie.

I've been to a few yoga classes, breath work, sound baths, and some group events here. I always feel comfortable and welcomed. The energy and the people are inviting. A place with community that makes you feel like you belong.

Hannah’s “Be Open” class was amazing! If you need to mend your body and regulate your nervous system she’s your guide. Very intuitive w her adjustments and pace. Would definitely recommend.
