So my puppy is 4 months old and is a cane corso. We had been to 3 places for him to get cleaned up with a nail trimming. The first place burned him under his arm it seemed. The second place didn’t do anything, he still smelled the same and his nails weren’t clipped or rounded down. The third place that I went to, I walked right in and walked right out. So needless to say I was skeptical and nervous about my puppy being with Bathewell for an hour. WHEN I SAY, they took care of my fur baby like he was their own, I mean every word!! Dana and Jordan and all their beloved groomers are just immaculate in their service and professionalism. They always give my clients the five star treatment and each groomer works so intimately with each pet. They are very accommodating when they can be: including dropping what they were doing for a last minute emergency groom. It was for a long haired dog of mine that had decided that the best perfume was another dogs poop, and he had rolled vigorously in it. My 11 1/2 year old American Bulldog struggles with mobility issues in her hips, so I’ve not been able to get her in my tub for a proper bath for way too long. She also has Hyperkeratosis on her feet which needed attention from someone who knows what they’re doing. Dana and her assistant came out, and did an absolutely fantastic job on my Ellie, and paid special attention to her feet. I highly recommend this service! MUCH less anxiety for me, and for Ellie, than trying to get her in/out of the car, twice, and for ME, leaving her and driving away from a brick and mortar grooming salon. THANK YOU Dana and Arielle!
