I was pretty worried about taking my baby here because of the low ratings, but I ended up being extremely happy with our entire experience when we came in for food allergy testing. From the front desk staff to the nurses and Dr. Love, everyone was incredibly kind and caring. Dr. Love never made me feel rushed, took the time to answer all of my questions, and genuinely seemed to care about my baby’s results. He even checked in on her twice during the waiting period, which meant a lot to me.

Joanna is amazing! She took my son through his entire peanut therapy. She was so good with him and really got to know him! She was kind, patient, and established a relationship with him (and with me as well). My other children come weekly for their allergy shots, and it is always so nice to see her in the office. She ALWAYS asks how my son is doing and is truly interested in what’s going on with him! You would be lucky to have her as your nurse!

We’ve been going to ACOT for the past four years and have had a great experience with Dr. Love and his team. He and his team have been knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic as our children navigate multiple food allergies.

Dr. Love is incredibly thorough and takes the time to answer every question without ever making us feel rushed. His expertise and calm approach have given us so much confidence in our children’s care.

Todd Coleman and Joanna have also been amazing and compassionate throughout our OIT journey. They are genuinely kind and supportive, which has made a challenging process feel manageable and hopeful.

We are so grateful for this entire team and the care they’ve provided our family.

The lady that picks up the phone when you call has an attitude. The office at Mingo has an air of urgency and frustration, which makes me feel less cared for. The doctor that saw me was great though. I may reconsider moving to another clinic due to the lack of compassionate care.

Ms JoAnna is the best nurse in the world! Our weekly visits are that much better with her and Mr Todd’s assistance. We are currently doing OIT and they are providing a life changing opportunity for my little guy. We are a team and I appreciate them so much.

    PATIENTS BEWARE:
I had patch testing done in june and they said they would send over my results to my dermatologist. I found out last week they did not and I had to do the leg work to get them to. They only went over chart notes and not the allergies found. When my dermatologists office spoke to them on the phone they told the either I didn't have it done and that they did not show me to have any allergies. Lucky for me I kept my papers that show 3 components I am allergic to. So I sent to my dermatologist so they can set me up in a program for products I can use that won't cause hives. When I call the clinic to speak to some kind of manager to talk about the discrepancy they told me the office manager told her the CEO would be back Thursday and would call me. No call as of this morning. I feel for the patients that could have anaphylaxis from this clinic not sharing the details or saying no they don't have this because apparently they don't keep the results in their system.
