I was the only person waiting to be seen in the waiting room at 3pm on a Monday! Didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Had a brown recluse spider bite on my thigh. Left with an antibiotic shot and antibiotic prescription. Rash appears to be reversing and getting better two days later.
I was able to schedule an appointment online at 1100 at night for the next morning, when I arrived I was only in the lobby for 3 minutes before being called back. The tech and NP were kind and welcoming and full of empathy and expertise about my condition. Total appointment took less than 20 minutes and I was completely satisfied, I will definitely go there again should I need urgent care.
this is my favorite urgent care. they are super kind and treat me well. I’ve never waited in the lobby more than 15 minutes, super quick! every nurse, receptionist, and doctor is so nice and helpful and actually seem to care vs writing you off. they will listen and come up with treatment plans and I appreciate them taking me seriously. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here because I receive the best treatment from this urgent care and I appreciate you all so much.
