Great customer service and selection of rental items! Also, their delivery drivers are great at communicating when they are on their way (a small detail, but one that can be very important when setting up). We had an unusual occurrence during our last event that included one of their rental items. Great customer service! I messed up and got there late to pick up a rental. The staff never mentioned it was after hours or seemed annoyed that I had misunderstood the pickup instructions. Very accommodating and kind.
