I called A1 Appliance on the recommendation of another customer. Someone came out that same day. Despite it being late afternoon, Echan, the tech, jumped in, got to work, and stayed until the job was finished. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me so I understood what needed to be done to fix my fridge. He ordered the part, and a few days later, installed it for me. I will be using A1 for all my future appliance repairs.
