A1 came out to our house and Ethan was very nice, professional, and helpful. He looked at our fridge and knew exactly what the problem, explained everything very well, and was honest about our options. I would definitely use A1 again for my appliance repair needs.

A1 came to fix our washer E Chan was the one that repaired it, very friendly and explained and answered every question that we had, was able to fix it fast and at a low cost it was very nice! Will definitely be going to them in need in the future!Service: Dishwasher repair

Receptionist was very kind and professional. Ethan came out in a timely manner and evaluated the problem with my washer. Very good communication about what the issue was and what needed to be done to resolve problem ! High recommendation.
