In November 2023, I paid over $550.00 for a used transmission, the company had it delivered to me for an additional cost...3 weeks later. The transmission is BAD! I contacted the owner, Mike on several occasions. Every week he promised me that he would get me another transmission, next week. Overtime he started avoiding my calls. I filed a small claims suit against him, and on May 22, 2024, he was court ordered to return my money, minus the delivery fee. He told me at the courthouse that he would mail me a check in a few days. I have called and text him several times and he's ignoring my calls again. This guy is a CROOK! Marco & his team are some of the most kind and genuine men I have ever met! They have sold me two parts for my car now & they have both worked perfectly. He has never let me down and I will continue to use his business!

I am a single female that havery little money, and I called looking for a 2011 BMW 328i radiator (IKR not an easy request in Tulsa. OKLAHOMA) I was blessed to reach a gentleman named Marco, that was very polite , telling me he was driving and couldn't speak at the moment, but with greatt interest in my issue, ,he asked if I would up ld call back in 15 so he could address my request, and that he could help me. He was willing to go above and beyond to help me with my request, he was very polite, and I even called and someone else answered and they as well we're very polite, and accommodating repeating my message to Marco as I gave it to him.
