2 patients that were minors were stuck in waiting area, when we tried to get the receptionist attention she caught an attitude and said 'she was having a conversation' than proceeded to have her conversation she swung the door open for the kids almost hitting one and said 'There!' I feel like her conversation could have waited 5 seconds to let the kids back in their rooms, not get mad and almost hit a child with a door.
