I went there almost a month ago and it was one of the best doctor’s appointments I have ever had. All the staff are really nice and friendly and it was really easy for us to get in and out from a checkup. Highly recommend!!
You can always get someone on the phone, they are attentive, answer questions, provide you the help and resources you need. 10/10 as for my experiences with IHS and we’ve been to several different healthcare facilities in the state since we’ve moved so much. Love Black Hawk and their wonderful staff!
I haven’t had the appointment yet but Marliena in patient registration was SO SWEET AND HELPFUL!! I felt so “heard”!!! I wish there were more employees that were so helpful and NICE!! I honestly was kinda shocked with this experience that I had to leave a review!! I hope I get to meet her in person!’ As always, the front line employees are the key to a successful enterprise!! She’s doing an excellent job!! Thank you!!
