Air Comfort-Southern Oklahoma is a family owned, honest, quick, and knowledgeable company. They saved customers from a con artist by being honest and fixing an issue easily without unnecessary parts. They are prompt, professional, courteous, and their pricing is fair. A customer who had a bad experience years ago gave them a second chance after a transition in ownership and was extremely happy with the new unit installation. The company kept an upstairs unit alive all summer and replaced it for half of what other techs quoted. A very nice lady always answers the phone and is good about squeezing customers into the schedule. They provide fast prompt service, showing up in less than an hour to fix a heater in the cold. The crew replaced an a/c unit, plenum, ductwork, heat pump, and coil in a timely manner, leaving everything clean, even in 100+ degree heat, with friendly, respectful, and professional attitudes. They fixed a 20+ yr old ac unit until it blew and then installed a new central ac unit ASAP, making a house go from eh cool to good god cold fast. Highly recommended for heating in the winter and cooling in the summer.
I recently built a new house outside Pauls Valley and called Brian because my dad knew him. I was very glad I did! They saved me several thousand dollars over my other quotes and were always prompt and professional. I certainly recommend them to anyone in the Garvin County area.
They saved my grandparents from a con artist! My grandparents sat in a hot house and almost got robbed of over 2 grand until they got into contact with air comfort stratford. They showed up and could have lied and did the same thing but instead was honest and told them they didnt need any parts and it was a easy fix. God please be good to these wonderful people! We will only be using this company of family owned, honest and quick and knowledgeable people from now on! I highly recommend everyone does the same!
I’m so glad I gave these guys a second chance! A few years ago, I was doing a property rehab in Stratford and try to get these guys to give me a bid on a new unit. At that point in time they were 100% unresponsive.
I’m doing another rehab in Stratford at the moment and based on a referral from a family member who use these folks, I called them again. I couldn’t have been more pleased. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and their pricing was fair. My unit is installed and I’m an extremely happy customer.
