I recently had the dual capacitor go out, Steven was at my house within 30 minutes of calling him and it was well after 5pm when I made the call. Very happy with the results overall, AC is working great now.

I can't comment on pricing with The Comfort Crew because I wound up not owing them anything, but their customer service was top notch.
My family just moved into a new house and after a couple of weeks the control unit display went dead. We assumed it was dead batteries, though the low battery warning had not popped up. I changed batteries and the display came back up and indicated the fan should be on, as well as the cooling. But nothing was running. We reset the unit and turned the breakers off for the heater, air handler, and A/C but that didn't reset things either.
