This place is amazing!! Not only is it an amazing and hard workout, but the instructors are amazing! They have motivated me in ways I haven’t been motivated before, and not only am I feeling better physically, but mentally as well!! It’s welcoming to all levels on experience with Pilates, yoga, and so on, so there is no reason to be nervous about being new to this type of workout. I started back in January, and I’ve never felt so good and excited to workout! If you’re debating on joining or even just trying, I recommend 100%!! It’s so worth it!!
One of the best yoga studios I've ever experienced! The owner & instructors are so positive and knowledgeable. They truly motivate me to do better and keep coming. Plus, I feel great after a class!
I love the hot yoga classes here. I immediately felt welcome and comfortable despite not knowing anyone at my first class and I have been hooked ever since. They have great instructors who are friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Anna’s power yoga classes are fun yet challenging. Lily’s restorative yoga classes are great for recovery. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
