About Red Earth Yoga Center
Red Earth Yoga Center offers classes in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga styles of yoga, with some classes held in a heated studio to enhance flexibility and detoxification. The center prides itself on a non-competitive atmosphere, providing both intense and gentle classes to suit different energy levels. A visitor, after attending only two sessions, was so pleased that they purchased a 20-session package. The teachers are described as great, and the overall experience is considered fulfilling due to the positive vibe and people. Another individual began taking noon classes in October and has since expanded to other weekly sessions. They appreciate the benefits for the body, mind, and soul. A third person, working with two different instructors, has found both to be top-notch practitioners. The center's kindness, personalized teaching, and private studio atmosphere have contributed to physical and emotional strength gains for this individual.
I started in October taking the noon class. I have expanded to take some of the week in classes and they’re great too. I love it! And I am learning so much. Good for the body, mind, soul!
I have experienced yoga with two Red Earth instructors. Both were top-notch practitioners. More than that, the people here are kind. They tailor movements to my fitness ability and they offer lots of encouragement and a relaxation at the end of the yoga session. The studio is very private even when others are working with me. I love both of my yoga teachers and have grown in my physical strength and my emotional strength due to their gentle, personalized teaching.
Red Earth Yoga is awesome!! I'm just now starting my journey as a yogi and Waleah and every other instructor I've had here has been soooo awesome! The classes are friendly for all levels and are different every time. They also offer a wide variety of classes so there's something for everyone! Best start to my morning EVER!!
