I started in October taking the noon class. I have expanded to take some of the week in classes and they’re great too. I love it! And I am learning so much. Good for the body, mind, soul!
I have experienced yoga with two Red Earth instructors. Both were top-notch practitioners. More than that, the people here are kind. They tailor movements to my fitness ability and they offer lots of encouragement and a relaxation at the end of the yoga session. The studio is very private even when others are working with me. I love both of my yoga teachers and have grown in my physical strength and my emotional strength due to their gentle, personalized teaching.
Red Earth Yoga is awesome!! I'm just now starting my journey as a yogi and Waleah and every other instructor I've had here has been soooo awesome! The classes are friendly for all levels and are different every time. They also offer a wide variety of classes so there's something for everyone! Best start to my morning EVER!! If you want to start doing yoga or have been doing it for years Red Earth Yoga is your place to be!!
