Adam is a fantastic instructor - he seamlessly guides both modifications and progressions to make the experience unique to each person. This was my first heated class and I really enjoyed that added component. Overall I was so happy I tried it out, I left feeling great! I will definitely be going back for the same class as well as trying out some of the others!
