I had a great experience last night at the tight hip workshop. I learned how the hips move in different directions and which poses help strengthen the different muscles. Thank you for teaching this workshop! I could bend lower today!

I have only been going to Red Earth for about four months now, and not to be dramatic, but it has completely changed my life. Obviously the quality of the instructors and classes is exceptional, but just the community of people that attend Red Earth is extraordinary overall! They have a lot of great membership passes, but the unlimited monthly pass is just perfect for a dedicated yogi wanting to experience a wide range of classes varying in intensity and difficulty. It is such a welcoming environment to new comers and I just cannot recommend it more if you are looking for an amazing yoga practice or to make new amazing yogi friends!
