My husband & I recently got a membership here & we overall like it but we feel like the staff needs monitor people who sit on the equipment just on their phones & talking to other people instead of using it especially when it’s very busy. We could not get our workout in this evening because it was extremely busy & all the machines were taken which is fine if you are using it we don’t mind waiting our turn, but several people were just on their phones or talking instead of actually using them. The staff needs to address that when they see it & let them know they need to get their sets in & get off so other people can use it.

I travel to Tulsa daily and use many of their facilities most of the time. When I am home I go to Stillwater’s location and the staff is, for the most part, amazingly friendly and helpful. The facility is well managed and well kept.
However, one girl stands apart. The indian girl that works there isn’t attuned to customer service. Her comments come off as snide and abrasive. When people are uncomfortable with that, she laughs to herself. Maybe that’s not how she intends it but it certainly comes across as rude to my friends and I who do not go to this location together. She needs additional training or more job experience in general.

Low membership costs and everything is always clean and well maintained. I mainly go to run on the treadmill and even during peak hours I have always been able to find a treadmill for a workout!
