Ordered windows and doors for our new build on December 2 2020. We were told they were all in mid April 2021. When they were delivered a 12 ft door we ordered never got ordered and they only ordered part of our windows. It amazes me that items were ordered but not checked in to know things were missing. Supposedly those items are now being ordered as we’ve already paid for them. When we questioned JJ in person we were treated poorly. In fact he refused to talk to us and left the lumber yard. Leaving us no option but to speak with Virgil who stumbled on his words more than anything.
