Great company to work with. Fast response, arrived when they told me they would. Did the job efficiently and with no problems. They dug out and replaced a broken water hydrant in my yard. The repair they did was better than the original work. I could not be happier. The $$ for the work was reasonable for what work and parts were needed. I hope I don't need a plumber in a while but if I do Hancock will be my first call.

Outstanding service every single time! Chris is always friendly, efficient, and genuinely easy to work with. After an already full day, he still showed up at 6 pm with a smile to fix my hot water heater. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and had it up and running in no time.
