I can’t get a hold of anyone to cancel my gym membership, they took this months fee even though I’ve been repeatedly trying to contact them to cancel before it was due via text, what’s app and phone call.

Just visiting Stillwater and needed a gym to go to. Instructions were on the door on how to get a day pass even with no staff. Someone came in and let me in through the main door, they were very kind for that. I venmoed the fee and enjoyed my workout no questions asked. Equipment was very nice and everything I needed was there. Gym wasn’t overly crowded. I would definitely sign up if I lived here! Kudos to the owner.

I worked out here with friends a few times and loved it. However I cant figure out how to get a membership. I cant find anything online, they dont pick up when I call, and you cant go in. Theres only whatsapp. I cant figure out why they are making it this hard.

Very friendly and welcoming! Not over crowded with people or equipment! Can go in a workout with out any distractions! Kid friendly area and daycare away from workout area! All around great place to workout!

In Zurich to visit some friends and needed a gym. Came across GymOne and I’m glad I did. The gym is top notch! Great equipment, friendly staff, and very accommodating—especially since I’m only in town for a few weeks. Worth every penny!The floor is spacious and it never feels like someone is crowding your space.Will definitely be using this gym during my future visits to Zurich.Come here and get to work!

Decent gym with good equipment but the customer service could use some serious improvement. Tried calling multiple times at different times of the day to cancel my membership (which I was told I could do at any point before the billing date upon signing up) only to get the voice-mail every time. I went in person to cancel, got it documented, and was told I wasnt going to be charged by the desk attendant. In spite of all of my efforts, I was charged anyways later on. I didn't receive a call back until several days later and was told that even though I'd canceled, they were unable to reverse the charges or issue a refund, and that I'd essentially just have to deal with it but that I wouldn't be charged again. Like I said previously, this is not a bad place to workout at whatsoever, but the customer service and care of their members needs serious work.

I wish I even had an experience inside but I haven't. I've been trying to get a membership for 5 days and nobody seems to care. I've called, left messages, texts and even waited at the desk for 30 minutes. The one time I spoke to someone, they told me to come in today between 4-7 and there will be someone there. I was there from around 5:15-5:45 and no one showed. I called and phones were not answered either. I got told by a gym member that no one was working. The gym looks nice but the staff issues is beyond astounding to me.

Excellent gym! The instructions are amazing! The One Fit room now open to members is an awesome upgrade to the previous room. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
