Our rural home in Payne county has been serviced very well by Crouch's HVAC service. We have been winterized, we have had spring cleaning and tune-up, we have had starter solenoid replacements, and we have been guided how to heat and cool for a large patio expansion. All visits and communications were done on schedule and below budget. Most professional HVAC firm I personally have ever dealt with. Can't go wrong with Doug!

If I could rate them higher, I would! I had an outstanding experience with Crouch Heating & Cooling. After dealing with ongoing HVAC issues with a 4-year-old HVAC system, Doug and his team took the time to thoroughly inspect the system and discovered several major problems caused by an incorrect installation from the original setup. They carefully explained what was wrong, why it was happening, and what the best long-term solution would be. What really stood out was their honesty and communication. Crouch’s heating and cooling came to the rescue. I came home to the temp inside the house at 82 degrees and it was 100 outside. I called and they called me back within 15 minutes. It was around 5:00 that evening so I was prepared to wait till the next day but they were able to come out that same evening. The repair guy was very polite and professional despite having worked in the heat all day. He figured out what was wrong and was able to get it fixed and offered to come back the next day if it didn’t begin to cool. I will be using them again for regular maintenance on the heat and air.
