The door and trunk locks on my car were acting weird. I thought I would have to have them replaced. The auto body repair shop I had gone to pointed me to Cooper's on S. Main St. The owner came out, worked his magic with a little lithium grease and some WD-40, and all was well. (FYI, only a dealer can replace car door locks.) More than anything, I appreciate the fact that my problem was taken care of swiftly and efficiently. Very professional and customer-oriented. Highly recommend.

I called about having someone come out to program a new key to a car, and they quoted a price I would've been willing to pay, but the guy on the phone then told me there was a way to program it myself for free, it would just take longer. He gave me good enough instructions and it worked.
