We have been doing our taxes with Forbes Income tax for over 15 years, great people we have never had any problems. We come from Yukon OK. We are going to miss Gary and Robin . It was a pleasure knowing you.

Recently we decided to use Forbes. I filed separately and my husband filed with the business. Mine went great and fast and was wonderful, however when we had them do our business things got terrible. First off we understood that alot of work had to be done so we paid alot of money up front for appreciation to have these services done in a timely manner. 4 months goes by and we never heard from them so I gave them a call and was informed that they haven't started on our taxes and we were next. Another 2 months goes by (no word) I went up there and asked and was told they still haven't even started. At this point I had enough, I took my papers and informed them that I would like the money refunded and we were taking our business elsewhere. I'm not one for slamming a business but this was ridiculous, absolutely no since of urgency or courtesy. It greatly disappointed me. My only advise don't take anything business related or complicated. Taxes that can be done in 30min is what they CAN do.
