Trevor Conklin O.D. - Shawnee Vision Source

I had an eye injury a couple days. I went to Urgent Care in Shawnee first. They were horrible. Took my money made me wait 3 hours before telling me they couldn't do any for my eye. So I then went to Vision source about an eye later. Vision Source were awesome. They saw me quickly, no wait time, and all the staff at Vision Source were great. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely our new eye care doctor in Shawnee..

Love this place. I drive an hour and a half for my visits because it's worth it. Dr Conklin is amazing. He now sees both of my parents as well. As they age I want to make sure they go to someone I can trust. Can't say enough good things about them.

Zero stars. The optometrist was INCREDIBLY disrespectful, arrogant and dismissive of my elderly mother when she went back because the prescription was off. He even kept the glasses she paid for, " since they didn't work." We are having to start completely over. Unprofessional, arrogant, unkind and so disrespectful. He even told her not to come back, and "good luck." Don't go, and certainly don't take your elderly parents.
