We've called them several times when our ancient central hvac went out. They come out as quickly as possible and find and fix the various problems promptly at a reasonable cost.Very friendly family company I highly recommend.

I called them, and told them my problem. She was very nice on the phone and said somebody will be out shortly One of the fastest heat and air guys I’ve ever had show up. Too service technicians came out very nice guys. They Fix the problem within 15 20 minutes. I will be using them again for sure.

My heat and air system was only a year old, but stopped working one day. I called a different heating and air company and they diagnosed it as a bad compressor and quoted us $3000 to fix I decided to get a second opinion and that’s when I called Sparks. Darrell and Bryson came out and within an hour they had correctly diagnose the system, and it was up and running again. If I had listened to the other company, I would’ve replaced my entire system, but these guys went above and beyond to really get to the root of the problem and save me a ton of money. This is our go to heat and air company from now on.

Today is the second time I’ve used Sparks and it’s the second time, they didn’t fix the problem.Today I noticed the house gradually getting cooler. I went to check thermostat and saw code 413 - high pressure lockout that affects outdoor unit and code 38 - the system is unable to turn on heating for 45 minutes. I called Sparks and they sent a technician. He looked at thermostat and asked if filter had been changed. He went to the attic and after seeing the filter was dirty stated, “this is your problem” and left. We replaced filter, turned on heater however the house still didn’t get warm. There's still no air coming from vents and error codes have returned. We unfortunately will have to deal with a very cold house over the weekend and call a competent HVAC repair service Monday.The first time I called them out this past summer, I noticed a water leak on my ceiling. I called the roofer however they said it was a HVAC problem. I called Sparks because the owner was a good friend to my father, who had passed recently. My mother gave the owner all my dad’s HVAC Equipment he had in the garage (a truck bed full, for free). The technician they sent said he didn’t know what the problem was, he blew out the drip line, added Freon and left. The leak became worse, so my husband flew in from DC (we live in Virginia and are here getting my parents house ready to put on market). My husband went up into the attic and immediately saw the drip line wasn’t level (draining downhill). It was backing up and literally draining onto the ceiling. He got a strap and fixed it in less than 5 minutes.I would not recommend this business

I called Sparks to diagnose my air conditioning system that has caused us so much heartache and money for the last three years. Mr. Sparks and his assistant arrived on time which was appreciated. These two HVAC experts literally laid down in the dirt at my outside unit and within minutes found what may have been the issue all these years.
