James came out to conduct my fall check on my heating system. He was friendly, efficient and thorough. I would recommend Comfort Xpress, in Seminole, for everyone who wants a good job. When I need a new unit I will call them.
We received a phone call back (on a Saturday) in less than 15 minutes. James kept in touch with us and arrived a couple of hours later. He was pleasant, diagnosed what was wrong, and had us up and running quickly. We appreciated the quick response, especially on a Saturday!
James was very professional and fast at a great price. He replaced only what needed to be replaced (attic unit blower motor) and serviced what needed service only (cage). He did all this on short notice and in a short amount of time. He saved us from the mega heat.
Note: Their phone lines were down, but the OKC location put us in contact with the Seminole location. Yes, the Seminole location is very open for business.
