I love my provider but the lady who answers for the same day appointments like to interrupt and talks over the caller. She is outrageously rude for ZERO reason. I couldn't even ask the questions I needed because I was talked over and interrupted so much. Seriously considering finding a new PCP just from those experiences alone. Maybe hire someone else with tact and professionalism to work a phone job.

Nice location. My husband and daughters get healthcare here. Friendly staff. It will be even better when they move to a bigger location that is being built on 117.

Called to see my doctor and was told she is no longer there didn’t even call and let me know and they didn’t give me a new primary doctor and now to see a dr the wait time is so far out. Would have been nice of them to call and let me so I could get a new doctor.

I have been going here for 30yrs+ and I have decided that they just don't really care about their patients like they used to. I've been on potassium for years, between them and my kidney doctor they decided to have me stop taking it, which caused me to black out fall and ended up in the hospital then they refused to pay my bill because I didn't let them admit me. My doctor at the hospital said she would like me to stay, all of my results came back okay except my potassium so they had me drink several cups and I was no longer dizzy and went home and started taking my potassium as originally prescribed and I'm fine except I now owe over 6500.00 dollars for a bill I don't feel I owe. I am on disability and can't afford part B thru Medicare, I'm just trying to stay alive and no I do not feel they care about me at all. They wanted a review here it is and I'm not saying they don't care but they don't care enough for me to just trust their choices anymore. Here are a couple of pictures after my fall and they said they were sorry.

The regular clinic is wonderful. I’ve always been able to get an appointment made easily. But whatever you do DO NOT GO TO THE DENTIST HERE. I had a filling done less than 60 days ago and it has already fallen out. They forced me to come in as an emergency even when I asked for a regular exam appointment. They rushed through the entire procedure and not once did they stop to tell me anything of what was going on. They are rude and do not care about the patients themselves just the paychecks. I will gladly return for my primary care but I refuse to receive any dental work from them.

Complete joke. I’ve been trying to make a primary care appointment for a week and I’ve never once got anyone to answer the damn phone. Just put on endless hold 5-6times now without ever getting thru. If you don’t have enough respect for ppl to answer the phone then I don’t trust you care anything about my health.
Anyone who doesn’t believe this can call and try for themselves.
