Decided to stop in with my mom for mani pedis since I moved as this is one of her favorite salons but I did not have a very good experience. I got a mani pedi with the older woman and while my pedicure was good my manicure was not. I wanted regular polish but after an hour of waiting due to shopping around and my mom finishing up my polish still was not dry under the topcoat coat. I went back and told them it wasn’t dry but that I live an hour away and couldn’t afford to drive back if it messes up, so we took the polish off and I left. Came in for a pedi. There was still a little over an hour left before the spa close. I wasn't offered to pick a pedi service but I saw there was a pamphlet of their services. Nail tech simply started working on my toes. I felt rushed. Not planning on going back.

They were not busy when I came in for a pedi there was only one other customer in the salon, they sit me right next to her which is no big deal, The Tech who was doing her pedicure had her earbuds in and was talking to someone on her cell phone? And I could hear the other person thru the ear bud talking very loud and they continued to talk all thru my pedi it was so annoying I don’t get a lot of Me time because I take care of my Mother 24/7 but was able to get someone to watch her for a few hours so I just wanted to relax, but could not relax with all that loud talking and I thought very rude to her customer never interacting with her, very unprofessional to be talking... read full review
