I wasn’t planning on leaving a review, but after my experience today, I feel like it’s necessary to share.
At the beginning of May, I tried the Versa Spa spray tan and was really pleased with the results. I chose the medium shade, and it lasted about a week. Based on that, I decided to purchase the unlimited monthly package for around $75–$80.
Unfortunately, after my second session, I noticed the tan was looking very uneven and splotchy—even though I followed the recommended process of leaving it on overnight and only doing a light rinse as my first shower. I reached out to the owner, who suggested I exfoliate the day before tanning, shower beforehand, and moisturize regularly. I followed all of those recommendations, and even switched to a gentler body wash.
After a third session with the same disappointing results, I contacted the owner again to ask about a refund or possibly another month free. I approached it kindly, understanding that sometimes machines have issues and things happen. I was told the machine is maintained weekly, they hadn’t received similar complaints, and that it was likely my skin that was the issue. While I appreciate the response, I was also told they don’t offer refunds—only an exchange for another service, which unfortunately isn’t an option for me because I burn easily and can’t use tanning beds.
Despite that, I decided to finish out the month and hope for better results. Today I followed every step again—exfoliated the day before, showered beforehand. I asked for my usual medium level. It’s now been six hours (within the recommended development time), and it’s clear this is not medium. It looks like I either received a light tan or the machine wasn’t working properly.
I’m frustrated to have spent nearly $100 on a service that hasn’t delivered consistent or professional results. I work in an industry where appearance matters, and I was really hoping to find a reliable spray tan option here. I love the convenience of this location, the friendliness of the staff, and the speed of the Versa Spa system, but unless I’m offered a refund or a replacement month, I won’t be returning.
I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision before committing to a package. What works for one person may not work for everyone—but consistency and customer care should be a given.

My favorite place to go to go tanning. All the staff here is so awesome. Mostly younger kids, hard-working, very helpful, amazing kids.. I highly recommend this place, so do a lot of people. It's pretty busy during the summertime. But the beds are always nice and hot and they've got a lot of extras for everybody. Definitely recommend .
