UPDATE: I was contacted by Sarah and they want to try again. I also want to be clear that I do understand turf stains are a whole different situation than just routine stains. My review was simply based on being bummed out about not having any luck with them. It wasn’t a reflection on their customer service in anyway.
I was hopeful but alas no success. Couldn’t get turf stains out of a softball uniform. They didn’t do any better of a job than I can do on my own running it through the washing machine. They were very quick but since the turf stains are still there it was a waste of money for my situation.

I will forever grateful for this company. I brought in my late daughter’s senior prom dress that I finally got possession of after over a year and it had a lot of unknown stains. They took such amazing care of this sentimental piece and restored it to its former glory. The dress is stunning and I am just in awe at the kindness I was shown.
