They are closed on Sundays, but they were still kind enough to call and notify me that the item I ordered was out of season and ask what I'd like in place of that item. They were so sweet and their customer service in making it right was so appreciated. Most places would have canceled the order and gone on about their day. Thank you to this shop for being so accommodating. Highly recommend.“

“Not from the Tulsa area, I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to a friend in the hospital, and when the delivery driver arrived to the hospital the hospital said they were unable to find the patient, causing the driver to have to head back to the florist (this mishap was not the florists fault). The florist called me with the update, and we ended up confirming the patient was in-fact still at the hospital, so Burnett’s sent the driver back to the hospital and successfully delivered the beautiful arrangement. Their customer service is top-notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure the floral arrangement was delivered. I would definitely order from Burnett’s again!“
