Poteau Family Fitness is one of the best exercise facilities I have ever seen . The staff is excellent and they have an abundant supply of machines and free weights. They also have multiple rooms for various forms of exercise along with a basketball court and tanning facilities. They keep the place super clean . One of the best overall facilities in the state of Oklahoma in my opinion! I highly recommend it !

It's a great place! Lots of machines, well spaced. Separate rooms for classes. It includes a women-only section for those who prefer it. Spacious lockerrooms with shower facilities. A vending area with delicious smoothies as well. Just a great place with friendly and engaging clientele.

No contract gym, gotta love that, relatively affordable, during the day they even sell protein shakes and stuff. If you have a medicare advantage plan, they can enroll you here as well, has everything you need to get a good workout whether you are seasoned powerlifter or just looking to put in some cardio and get some exercise. The people that run it are nice and accommodating as well and it truly is a gym with 24 hour access every day.
