Wow! Professionalism is out the door here. I’ve had to reduce this to one star (won’t let me make it lower) I still haven’t received a copy of my invoice. ***Edited to add: Elite Homes doesn’t own this property! However, Elite, as well as myself, want good quality work at a reasonable price. With time off for lunch 0830-2:00 is less than 8 hours.
I know this, because MY PARTNER was present the entire time y’all were here. He did NOT cut the Sheetrock, although he did give permission. Guess that’s what one gets for assuming a job will be finished.
And now I sit here listening to my smoke detectors going off, because the unit in the master was removed….
We would be happy to review an itemized statement for services provided, which we did not receive. ***
Seems very knowledgeable and did the job. Unfortunately, doesn’t like working on mobile homes and charged a ridiculous price for about 4 hours of work. Installed an electric outlet behind my dishwasher, which means I had to install a plug on my dishwasher, didn’t re-install my breaker box cover, tore holes in my walls all the way across the room which he did not repair rather than go under the house and install in my crawlspace, took my smoke detector out and left wires exposed rather than repair the short.
Overall not impressed. Charged $800 labor and didn’t impress with the overall results at all. Now I have to install a plug in my dishwasher, repair my walls, And reinstall my own breaker box cover v

They fixed my bathroom outlets and light so quickly! They were both extremely nice, and polite and both very professional and got the job done the very next morning after I called. They arrived on time and cleaned up after they were done. It was just a seamless and straightforward transaction, which lately is so rare.
