We all read reviews, but I am big on personal recommendations so when a friend told me, “Derek is your person” then that was all I needed to hear. I am writing this review because many people won’t have someone to make a recommendation like I did. I didn’t disclose at any point that our encounter was based on recommendation because I like to develop my own opinion. I cannot thank Derek enough for helping me with the bond for my son. Just be real. Understanding that people are going to show you who they are. And allowing people to show that they are better than their current circumstances is huge in customer service. People often are quick to tell you when someone is awful but not enough people talk about how great amazing customer service is.
When you have good customer service you have a customer for life even though I pray that I never ever ever have to be a customer again ☺️ thanks for being awesome!
